Overlooking beautiful Long Lake near Spooner, Wisconsin, Sam's Place Resort offers fully equipped modern cabins that are ideal for a family vacation or a weekend getaway. Enjoy fishing, water-skiing, canoeing, boating and swimming as well as lots of nearby outdoor recreational activities including golfing, horseback riding, hiking and more while you stay in our quiet, quaint and secluded cabins.

• 4 modern, clean cabins fully equipped for housekeeping & completely carpeted
• All cabins can accommodate 6 - 11 people
• 1 cabin is year round and is our largest
  • 2 Bedrooms with 1 queen, 2 double & 4 single beds
• 3 cabins have 2 bedrooms and a hide-a-bed
• All cabins are fully furnished for cooking including refrigerators, stoves, microwaves
• All cabins have cable TV, fishing boat with oars, picnic table & grills, sheets & blankets (bring your own towels)
• Paddle boat & kayaks are available for use
• Pontoon boat available for rental

• Campfire wood for sale on site

Long Lake
Fish, water-ski, canoe, sail or boat across this 20 miles of the officially designated "Walleye Capital of Wisconsin." Sun or swim with your family on the sand beaches or sink your line for walleye, northern, big and small-mouth bass, crappie and bluegills along nearly 100 miles of shoreline. Motor trolling is permitted. Long Lake is the perfect spot for every kind of water activity!

Fishing Facilities
A 14-foot fishing boat with oars is furnished with each cabin - bring your own motor and life jackets. We have a fish-cleaning house adjacent to the b oat docks, and free fish storage in freezer.

  • $550 per week for up to 4 people
  • $70 each additional person per week

Per Day

• $85 per day rate for 4 people
• $15 each additional person per day

A deposit of $75 per week for each cabin requested will insure your reservation.
